Description

The V2 Custom Form block enables you to configure and display a form (e.g. a Marketing Cloud Account Engagement form).

To set up the form, create a spreadsheet file following the examples provided in the block library. Populate the fields you want to display in the form, along with the necessary property values (Mandatory, Action, etc.).

Within the block, add a row containing a link to the JSON file generated from the spreadsheet.

You can also define a custom submit action and a custom thank-you page. Refer to the examples listed here for guidance.
