Road Choice® has more than 300 radiator and charge air cooler (CAC) part numbers, which makes it the place to go to find the right fit for any vehicle in your fleet. But with so many options available, how can you be sure you’re choosing the right model?

We’ve made it easy with two different cross-reference tools:

  1. Use our radiator eCatalog to search by vehicle type, VIN or part number. Click on the “Find Your Radiator” link to view pictures, specifications, technical information and warranty terms for each radiator search result.
  2. Search the Road Choice website to see our full line of more than 300 radiator and CAC part numbers. Just click the “Find Parts” icon at the top of the page. Then, either click on the “Cooling & HVAC” link in the drop-down menu, or search by part number, cross reference or description in the white and gold search bar.

Once you’ve found the parts you need, just click on the “Where to Buy” icon at the top of your screen or below the part description, and enter your zip code. You’ll instantly get a list of retailers near you, including addresses and telephone numbers.

Road Choice radiators and CACs use the highest-quality materials to ensure exceptional performance over the life of the product. Each Road Choice radiator and CAC is 100 percent fit, form and leak tested to meet or exceed OE standards, and is backed by a two-year nationwide warranty. So you can be confident it will stand up to the rigorous demands of today’s trucking industry.

All Road Choice Radiators are manufactured with low-profile embosses around the side-plate slots and reinforced tubes for structural stability. A funnel-shaped tube-to-header design ensures the tubes fits precisely into the header, while prefabricated stress relief cuts reduce strain on the headers. Each Road Choice radiator also comes standard with clevis pins, an innovation that allows the core to properly expand and retract, and reduces the risk of header leaks.

Road Choice CACs are built for durability using 100 percent-new aluminum components. The bar-and-plate design features fins and face bars that are vacuum brazed to form a single-piece core. This manufacturing process strengthens the metal, eliminating the thermal fatigue that causes many CACs to fail. In addition, the fin design optimizes airflow and enhances heat transfer for the cooling system, while a special coating protects the entire unit from corrosion.

We have more than 200 radiator and 150 CAC part numbers available, covering nearly 10,000 cross references, as well as all the components you might need for your next HVAC repair.
